Shipping policy

We’re a small South African business and take pride in carefully hand-packing each order before it leaves our base in Cape Town. While we may not move at the speed of some of the retail giants, we promise to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery times vary depending on your location (RSA only): 

Main city centres: 2–4 business days

Outlying and rural areas: 3–5 business days

Please note these are delivery estimates. Once your parcel is handed to the courier, delivery speed is unfortunately out of our control — but we’ll make sure you have a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Most delays come from incorrect addresses. Please double-check that your details are correct (including unit/complex numbers, if applicable) to avoid any issues.
