Manufactured from high-quality silicone, these bands are designed to strengthen the musculature and connective tissue surrounding your fingers, hands, and forearms to reduce the risk of injury and aid in rehabilitation. 

Perfect for lifters, those in combat sports or any sport where grip strength is essential, and anyone suffering from hand, wrist, or elbow pain.

1. Carefully place each finger into the corresponding holes, 
2. Ensure the band rests comfortably above the middle of each finger knuckle (PIP joint)
3. Start with your hand relaxed, fingers closed, and wrist in a slightly extended position
4. Spread your fingers apart, stretching the band as wide as comfortable.
5. Return to starting position.
6. Repeat as per desired repetitions.

Preventing Damage

• Handle the bands gently when putting them on or removing them.
• Avoid overstretching and using excessive force or sharp nails that may tear the material.
• Store in a plastic pouch or enclosed in a package. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.

Troubleshooting

• Tight Fit: Although some finger holes may feel snug, the silicone is designed to expand without tearing when applied carefully. Gently stretch them over your fingers before use. 

Alternatively, turn the bands inside out and place each finger at the base of each corresponding hole. It works exactly the same. 

• Snapping or Tearing: This may occur if the band is overstretched or handled roughly. Please follow usage guidelines to prevent damage.
