Step 1: With the spring at the top, place one leg of the gripper horizontally across the crease of your hand, and hold gripper in place with your thumb.
(Pro tip: You want to keep the bottom leg high up in your palm. The base of the leg should end close to the midline of your pinky finger)
Step 2: Use your other hand to help close the gripper just so that you are able to wrap all your fingers around the gripper.
Step 3: Now that all fingers are wrapped around the gripper, squeeze tightly and close the gripper until the legs touch. That is one repetition. Reset, start again.
Disclaimer: Hand grippers require a little bit of skill to master. It’s important not to overtrain, we know it’s tempting! especially when you first get your brand new hand gripper. Take your time, progressively overload, and before you know it you’ll be crushing it with ease.
