HOW TO USE HAND GRIPPERS

Step 1:  Position the bottom leg of the gripper along the crease of your hand and hold in place with your thumb.

(Pro tip: You want to maintain the bottom leg position high up in your palm as you close. The base of the leg should end close to the midline of your pinky finger)

Step 2: Set the gripper using your other hand just enough for all fingers to wrap around the gripper.

Step 3: Squeeze tightly and close the gripper until both legs touch. Control the opening before your next rep – don't let the gripper spring back.

Disclaimer: Hand grippers require a little bit of skill to master. It’s important not to overtrain, we know it’s tempting! especially when you first get your brand new hand gripper. Take your time, progressively overload, and before you know it you’ll be crushing it with ease.
